Forex, or Foreign Exchange, trading can be a very rewarding. In fact, it can be one of todays best wealth generating opportunities. 油價大暴走，漲勢恐難停
由於利比亞內戰危機升高，市場擔心全球供油出現缺口，國際油價上周五再創波段新高，紐約指標原油期貨大漲2.5％至每桶逾104美元，不僅單周大漲7％，過去2周累計更已暴衝20％。市場專家皆認為油價漲勢短線恐怕停不了，全球新一波原油震撼即將引爆，英國國際發展部長警告，最壞的情況油價可能飆到250美元。
北非產油大國利比亞上周五內戰危機升高，引發市場憂心該國石油生產可能全面停擺，加上美國公布強勁的就業市場報告，指向能源需求可望增溫，激勵油價跳漲。
紐約4月原油期貨上周五收盤大漲2.51美元或2.5％，每桶報104.42美元，改寫2008年9月26日以來收盤新高，盤後交易更進一步揚升至105.17美元，顯示本周盤勢持續看漲；倫敦布蘭特原油期貨上漲1％，至115.97美元。
油價短線大暴走，紐約油價繼前一周狂飆13.5％後，上周再追加近7％的漲幅，2周內飆升足足20％，周線已連6漲的倫敦布蘭特原油，過去2周也有近13％的驚人漲幅。
利比亞內部動亂發展近來深受投資人的關注，市場甚至憂心政局動盪可能蔓延至北非與中東等重要能源出口國。
市場專家一面倒認為油價短線還會走高，有「新興市場教父」之稱的墨比爾斯表示：「我不會預測一個具體的價位，但油價趨勢絕對是向上。」
倫敦金融時報報導，若動亂蔓延至阿曼、葉門、巴林、阿爾及利亞或奈及利亞（全球第8大石油出口國，4月將舉行大選），油價將再出現新一波飆漲，分析師的油價高點預測區間落在150至220美元。
紐約法國興業銀行石油研究部主管魏特納（Michael Wittner）表示，沙烏地阿拉伯石油生產也受到影響則是最壞的情況，那時候價格會飆到多高沒人知道。
曾為石油交易員的英國國際發展部長鄧肯向英國泰晤士報指出，利比亞或其他中東地區的油輪或石油設施若遭到恐怖份子攻擊，油價最高可能飆到250美元。
ECFA推波，日工具機廠瘋台灣
ECFA正式上路，日本發那科、瀧澤、倉敷機械及大隈等工具機及零組件大廠，瞄準兩岸工具機市場龐大商機，相繼來台設廠或加碼投資而擴大生產。
全球最大數位控制系統及機器人製造廠─日本發那科傳出有意斥資10億元以上，來台設廠生產控制器，供應台灣工具機廠。
日本瀧澤株式會社來台設立的台灣瀧澤科技，原本在台投資興建台灣二廠計畫，但在2008年第四季爆發金融海嘯後暫緩，但去年中全球工具機產業景氣明顯好轉，工具機又列入ECFA早收清單，去年中重新啟動斥資1億元，擴建台灣二廠計畫。台灣瀧澤科技總經理林圳章表示，台灣新廠預計今年7、8月正式量產，產能為舊廠的50％。
日本倉敷機械也因兩岸簽署ECFA後，台灣產製工具機銷往大陸可享受降稅及免稅的優惠，去年11月間來台投資，在中科園區成立台灣倉敷機械，準備在台灣生產切割中心機。大同集團與日本大隈合組大同大隈也擴大台灣工具機廠生產規模。普羅仕實業也擴大在台投資螺桿等關鍵零組件。
業界盛傳韓國某大工具機大廠也看上兩岸簽署ECFA，台灣產製工具機銷往中國大陸享受降稅或免稅的優惠，決定來台投資設廠卡位布局，甚至不排除購併台灣工具機廠可能性。
業者表示，中國大陸視工具機產業為策略性發展產業，但對台灣生產高階工具機，其中，控制器6、7成都向日本發那科採購，（粗估每年3萬套，1百億元以上），其餘3、4成是向日本三菱及西門子採購；為此兩岸ECFA協議，特別規定2014年起高階工具機得改為兩岸產製的控制器才能享受零關稅優惠，否則就得剔除的落日條款。
業者透露，日本發那科在李登輝擔任總統時曾來台投資設廠，但政權輪替後，發那科在台工廠改為發貨倉庫，直到兩岸簽署ECFA後，東台及台中精機等多家國內工具機大廠都曾向日本發那科高層表應，希望日方重返設廠生產以及技術移轉，最近傳出日方有了善意回應。
日本發那科榮譽會長稻葉清右衛門與海基會董事長江丙坤相識多年，稻葉清右衛門日前應邀來台參加台北國際工具機展，曾由台灣區機器公會理事長徐秀滄等人作陪，與江丙坤及經濟部官員有場閉門餐敘，會中稻葉清右衛門允諾發那科將重返台灣設廠生產控制器。
